Post-Condition:

- Risks are analyzed
- Project's Resources is evaluated
- Requested resources is confirmed
- Project schedule is updated
- EFM is updated
- Internal status report is created and submitted every two weeks
- Prototyping Signoff is submitted
- Update to steering committee is done
