Submit Proposal to Head of Business Group Pre-Sales, Account Manager      
Review and Approve Proposal and Supporting Documents Head of Sales      
Company, Proof of Concept and Solutions Presentation Pre-Sales, Account Manager      
Submit Proposal Pre-Sales      
Closure and update Sales Pipelines in CRM Account Manager      
         
         
         
         

 

Post-Condition:

- Sales with solid proposal

- Reviewed and approved Estimation Summary/SIR form is available and filed
- Right customer with right solution and price
