Activities:

Update Schedule Estimation Project Manager, Pre-Sales      
Update EFM with latest Project Initiation and exception memo Account Manager EFM Template    
Request resources to Resource Manager Project Manager, Pre-Sales      
Provide resource allocation within 2 week SLA Resource Manager    
Submit Proposal Signoff Project Manager      

 

Post-Condition:

- Schedule and profit margin are shown on EFM
- Initial Project Schedule is available
- Resource Request is submitted to Resources Team (Resource allocation Guideline/Process takes at least 2 weeks)
- Proposal signoff is submitted
