Navigation: Production> Project Handover

Pre-Condition:

- All deliverable items has been ready in the CDs
- Source code, documentation, and other stuffs is burned into CD

 

Activities:

Task Name PIC Template Standard/Procedure Guideline/Process
Submit all deliverables to Client Project Manager      
Submit Project Archive to PMO Project Manager      
Hand over first level support to IT team client Team project      

 

Post-Condition:

- Deliverables is submitted to client
- Project Archive is submitted to QA & Information Center
