- Project Initiation Note is Signed

 

Activities:

Task Name PIC Template Standard/Procedure Guideline/Process
Create Project Plan with its components (SDLC, CM, QA, Metrics) Project Manager Project Plan template    
Update project schedule with updated scope of work and dependency Project Manager      
Evaluate and confirm resources Project Manager, Resource manager      
Update EFM with latest data (including exception memo) and put it in version control Project Manager      
Upload latest EFM in JESSY Project Manager      
Discussion (backed by minutes of meeting) Project Manager Project Meeting minutes template    

 

Post-Condition:

- Signed contract or LOI is available
- Overall project plan, scope, procedures, agreement on how project will be run and managed is clearly defined and agreed on Project Plan
- Project's resources are evaluated
- Requested resources are confirmed
- Project schedule is available
- EFM is updated
- Internal status report is created and submitted every two weeks
- Update to Steering Committee is done
